My Story
Stephanie Thomas developed her love for fantasy stories during her childhood where she grew up on a small hobby farm in rural Wisconsin. She finds her inspiration in the natural beauty and diverse cultural elements of her travels and current residence near the Vermont–Quebec border. Stephanie creates middle-grade fantasy stories which combine exciting adventures with magical elements and emotional depth to help children develop confidence for chasing their dreams. She studies Creative Writing at school while working on her first novel The Winds Prophecy which explores themes of bravery and fate and the strength of optimism.
